A Wedding and a Baby?

Well, it's officially winter!

It's Sunday today and it's time for breakfast!

I invite Brock and Eugene round to chat.

"It's cool that you are having a baby, but are you two going to get married?" Asks Eugene.

"Well, that's what I invited you round for..." I start nervously. " Could you hold a private wedding for us today?" I know that Eugene has been ordained as a minister already, so I thought I would ask...

"...It's a little short notice but, why not?" He says over his waffles.

Yes! Now we can get married before the little one comes along - which won't be much longer!

So we declare our love for each other in the kitchen, of all places! With Eugene helping us along...

Brock presents me with a beautiful ring!

And just like that, we are married!

And it's just in time too!! The baby is coming!

"Oh my God!!" Brock shouts. "I didn't think the baby would come so soon!" I didn't either to be honest, but the baby won't wait forever to be born, so it's off to hospital!

I won't share the details of that ordeal with you all, I can only say that after five gruelling hours of labour, our son Demeter was born...

...and this is the first picture of him, isn't he a cutie? I wonder if he will have my blond hair or his father's darker looks?

Surprises

It's Friday today and Brock has stayed the night.

We look so cute together, all snuggled up!

Time to get up!

Brock stayed for breakfast.

And then it was time for work! What a nice day for the middle of Autumn!

I spent the day at work talking to my friends and then assisted my boss with some research. I earned $560!!

After work I invited Brock over...

...and threw up just before he got here! Must be something I ate?!!

"Hi there sweetie!" I think I am seriously falling for this guy!

We spent the time chatting, and well, you know...

After Brock had gone home, I realised that I was pregnant!! Oooopppppsss!!

But that doesn't stop me from upgrading the toilet the next day!!

I also pop by the book store and buy a baby book and the fruit parfait recipe!! (I love my books!!)

I ring Brock and ask him to meet me at the park. I have news for him after all!!

We meet up and it's time for me to give him the news!

"Ok, before I say anything else... I'm pregnant!" I blurt out.

"Really?... That's great!" He replies.

"Oh, I didn't know how you would react!" I am surprised that he has taken this news so well!

"Look Khalisee, I wanted to tell you that I am falling in love with you..." Oh my!

"I am so happy!" I pull him in for a kiss...

...Then I have an idea...

..."Since we are so happy..."

..."Will you marry me?" I ask hopefully.

"Oh My God! Yes!"

"You know I should have been the one asking you!" He says as he hugs me tightly.

Hi there!It's Wednesday today and I have the day off work.

Cookies for breakfast! Yum!

And a spot of gardening.

...I don't really do much today, it's quite stormy outside and I just want to relax!

But I get bored in the evening, so I brave the weather and meet up with Brock at the karaoke club. I'm really starting to like this guy!

"Aw! Come here!" Brock gives me a warm hug, even though we are both soaking wet!

"Erm, Brock? You don't have a girlfriend do you?" I ask flirtatiously.

"No I don't Khalisee..." He replies.

"Well that's good! Because I think you are very hot and maybe there could be something more between us?" I say a little nervously.

"Well that's good!" He says mimicking me. "Because I like you alot!"

"Mmmm, I love a guy with muscles!" I say seductively.

"Shall we make it official then?" I ask, hoping that he will say yes and make me very happy!

He pulls me towards himself in answer and I melt inside!

The next day is spooky day!

So I decide to throw a costume party!

Why do things always break just before I throw a party?

I didn't get much sleep last night so I take a quick nap before my guests arrive.

The party is going quite well...

...But when Brock walks in dressed in a policeman's uniform I can't take my eyes off him!!

My other guests are forgotten for tonight!

Some of the men at my party look a little jealous!

By this time I am really tired, so I ask if Brock would like to stay the night.
